President, Don Fortmann, of Stone Bank Sportsmen’s Club awarded two $500 scholarships for 2018. The recipients were Jacob Dickman and Andrew Jocham.
Jacob is the son of Pete and Lisa Dickman and currently is attending UW-Stevens Point, and hopes to become a physician in Clinical Laboratory Science. His interests include a number of shooting sports, as well as athletics and a variety of other interests. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Medical Student Association.
Andrew is the grandson of Tom and Carol Oswald and is enrolled at Carthage College in Kenosha. His career of choice is in Astrophysics, most likely in the field of research. He is an experienced musician, was a reporter for his school newspaper and is involved in independent research as well as video editing. He is a member of the National Honors Society.
CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH ANDREW AND JACOB!

STONE BANK/JOHN MOOSRIENER MEMORIAL
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The STONE BANK
SPORTSMEN’S CLUB is pleased to offer scholarships to graduating high
school seniors and current college students continuing their education in an
accredited institution, and who meet the requirements outlined in our Selection
Criteria below. If interested, please
follow the link below to download the Application. Applications are also available at the both
the Arrowhead and Oconomowoc High School guidance offices.
SELECTION CRITERIA
APPLICANTS MUST:
1. Be a
resident of the Oconomowoc Area School District, the Arrowhead School District,
or be a child/grandchild of a Stone Bank Sportsmen’s Club member.
2.
Have a Parent or Guardian who is an active member
of the NRA. Must submit a copy of
the current membership card.
3.
Be enrolled full-time in an accredited college,
university or technical college. Must submit acceptance paperwork.
4. Have
attained a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 (C+) on a 4
point scale. Must submit a copy of your current academic transcript.
5. Fully
complete and submit a legible application, with all the necessary
documentation. Incomplete or illegible applications will not be considered.
